Washington - Most of the Military operations in CNY should be safe from anticipated Border Wall budget cuts.
Fort Drum and the Mighty 10th Mountain Division will be safe from the cuts. The Air National Guard is funding construction at Hancock Field. It is not expected to be cut at this time.
