Tim Tebow To Play With The Syracuse Mets

Syracuse, N.Y. - Tim Tebow will indeed be playing in Syracuse for the Mets.

Tebow was sent down from the New York Mets , to play at NBT Band Stadium this Spring in the innaugural Syracuse Mets season.

Tebow was the quarterback for the University of Florida and won the Heisman Trophy in 2007.

He was drafted by the Denver Broncos and played two seasons there and he spent one season with the Jets in 2012..

He began his professional baseball career in 2016.

The Syracuse Mets open their season at home on Thursday, April 4.
