Syracuse, N.Y. - It has just been annouced that The New York Mets will wrap up their spring training with a workout in the Carrier Dome on March 26.
The practice will be held from noon to 2 p.m. It is free and open to the public.
You can park free park for free at Sky Top on the SU campus and buses will take you to the Dome for the event. Gates open at 11 a.m.
“This extraordinary event will kick off our wonderful partnership with Onondaga County,” Mets COO Jeff Wilpon said in a statement. “We are thrilled the Syracuse community will have a chance to connect with our players up close and personal.”
It was announced earlier today that Tim Tebow will be playing with the Syracuse mets at the beginning of the season.
