Onondaga DA's Office Release Report On Coach Boeheim's Fatal Accident

Syracuse, N.Y. - Onondaga County District Attorney William Fitzpatrick has released their report on the cause of the fatal crash involving Syracuse University basketball coach Jim Boeheim.

The report indicates that speed was not a contributing factor in Boeheim striking and killing, Jorge Jiminez.

It also stated once again that there is zero evidence that drugs or alcohol played a role in either accident.

The report concludes “Based on the totality of the circumstances surrounding this collision investigation, Boeheim’s operation of his motor vehicle was not reckless, unreasonable or with gross negligence, and no crimes were committed.”

DA Bill Fitzpatrick says "No charges will be filed against anyone involved".
