Mexico, N.Y. - An Oswego County couple have been arrested, accused of starving their child.
State Police have arrested 23 year old Devon Buckner and 28 year old Sarah Diamond of Mexico for physical injury and maltreatment of a child. They are accused of withholding food from a 4 year old resulting in severe starvation.
Troopers were tipped off by the Oswego County School District.
Both are in jail on $2,500 cash bail / $5,000 bond.
The child is now in the custody of foster care.
