Schodack, N.Y. - A Bridgeport man arrested for DWI with his 6 year old in the car.
Friday just before 5 pm, State police made a traffic stop on the thruway. They discovered that 46 year old Jeremy Prokes of Bridgeport was driving drunk with a blood alcohol content of .26 that is over three times the limit.
He was arrested and his 6 year old son, who was in the car, was turned over to Child Protective Services.
He faces aggravated DWI, mulitple vehicle and traffic violations along with endangering the welfare of a child.
