Geddes, N.Y. - Bad Company is coming to the Great New York State Fair!
NewsRadio 570 WSYR's Dave Allen got the details from Fair Spokesman Dave Bullard Tuesday morning:
The classic-rock group will perform Opening Night of the Fair, when admission is just $1. Band co-founders Paul Rodgers and Simon Kirke will take the stage at 8 p.m. August 21. It is their only scheduled performance this summer in New York State.
Fair officials say they he expect more than two dozen shows by national touring groups at Chevy Court and on the New York Experience Stage.
