The National Transportation Safety Board has released its preliminary report on a deadly limo crash in Schoharie.
The report mostly lays out information that is already known about the October 6th tragedy.
Investigators say they're still taking a close look at things like the mechanical condition of the vehicle and passenger seat belt usage.
17 Passengers and the driver were killed when the limo careened through a parking lot striking cars before eventually plunging into a ravine. Two people in that parking lot, including a SUNY Oswego Professor, were killed.
