Spectrum Will Likely Be Staying In New York

Albany, N.Y. - Looks like Spectrum is staying in New York.

The Public Service Commission says Charter Communications the company that owns Spectrum cable is close to a deal with state regulators that would allow it to continue to provide cable television, phone and internet service across New York.

No details yet and both parties have another month to finalize.

The PSC has repeatedly said that Charter failed to meet its promises to greatly expand its services across the state.
