7 Hour Standoff Ends In Two Arrests

Hannibal, N.Y. - A seven hour standoff in Oswego County is over.

Deputies say Gerald Hall Junior was wanted on a warrant by Fulton police for robbery and burglary. Deputies say that Hall was holed up in a home with several children. They learned that he was there after conducting a wellfare check nearby.

Officers surrounded the home and decided to wait it out. After nearly seven hours Hall surrendered and was arrested. Police officers also arrested his girlfriend for child endangerment.
