Sodus, N.Y. - A trial date has been set for the man charged in connection with a double homicide in Sodus.
Timothy Dean is charged with murder for the deaths last Fall of Joshua Niles and Amber Washburn. Dean is accused of conspiring with his wife, Charlene Childers, and a Texas police officer to kill the Sodus Couple after Childers lost custody of her two children to Niles.
At a hearing yesterday, a judge also granted a prosecution motion requesting a sample of Dean's DNA.
Dean's trial has been scheduled for May. Dean is expected to be back in court for pre-trial hearings in March.
