Camillus, N.Y. - Chris Brown is out as superintendent of the West Genesee School District.
Brown had been taking some personal time since the Board of Education began investigation posts his wife made on social media. She accused Brown of leaving her for someone who works at the district.
A part of a statement from the Board of Education says
" The Board of Education has asked, and Superintendent Brown has agreed to part ways in the best interest of the District and has agreed to enter into a Separation Agreement which will be considered by the Board on Wednesday".
His resignation will be in effect on Jan. 23.
