Syracuse, N.Y. - Part of Syracuse's Common Council will hear, again, about a deal to bring in a contractor to plow some of the City's sidewalks.
Councilors on the City's Public Works committee will hear about a deal Tuesday Morning reached by City Hall to clear snow off of some 20-miles of City Sidewalks.
Late last year, the city struck a tentative deal with a North Syracuse contractor to remove the snow. That deal fizzled out around Christmas time after the two sides could not agree who would be liable to fix any of the sidewalks if they were damaged.
