Syracuse, N.Y. - One person was injured in a house fire this morning at 445 West Kennedy Street.
A man and his dog were able to get out of the house before firefighters arrived. The man suffered burns to his leg.
There were reports that a portion of the building was at risk of collapse.
Winds and downed power lines cause some problems for the fire crews.
No firefighters were injured.
The house is a total loss, no cause has been determined yet.
