North Syracuse, N.Y. - A North Syracuse man has been arrested for possessing child porn. Onondaga Sheriffs have arrested 49-year-old William Pennucci of East Taft Road and charged him with possessing a sexual performance by a child and tampering with physical evidence.
Pennucci is accused of possessing nearly 700 images of child porn on his cell phone and attempting to delete them during the investigation.
The investigation started when he left his cell phone at a restaurant.
