North Syracuse, N.Y. - State Police have arrested 2 men accused of stealing assault rifles and ammunition.
Patrick J. Rein and Nathan R. Sims, both 21 and both from Phoenix, are charged with (3) counts of Burglary 2nd degree.,
They are alleged to have broken into a house in the town of Lysander and stealing four AR-15 style assault rifles and hundreds of rounds of ammunition.
Rein and Sims were both taken to the Onondaga County Jail.
The guns and ammunition were all recovered.
