UPDATE 1/14/2019 10:53AM : The identities of those involved in the crash have been released by police. The driver of the tractor-trailer is Lawrence Wallace, 65, of Cato, NY. The driver of the sedan is Samantha Phillips, 29, of Central Square, NY.
The name of the victim, the passenger in the sedan, is Cara Snyder, nine years old, from Lacona, NY.
Mexico, N.Y. - One person is dead after a two-vehicle crash in the Town of Mexico.
Oswego County Sheriff Deputies say it happened Sunday just after noon at the intersection of US Route 11 and State Route 104.
Investigators say that a tractor-trailer on 104 hit a sedan on Route 11 killing the passenger of the sedan. The drivers were treated for minor injuries.
