Lawmakers Take Up Early Voting On First Working Day Of Session

Albany, N.Y. - Lawmakers in the Senate and Assembly are expected to vote on early voting and other changes to voting rules.

The bill would allow voters to cast a ballot up to 10 days before an election.

Additionally, they are also going to vote on a proposed constitutional amendment that, if approved by voters, would allow voters to register on Election Day.
