Utica Grandson To Be Charged With Double Murder


UPDATE 1/8/2019 1:05pm :  The 87-year-old victim has been identified as Jane Wentka


Utica, N.Y. -  Oneida County District Attorney office says it will charge the grandson of one of two women killed in Utica with their murders.

29-year-old Naythen Aubain will be charged with 2 counts of murder. 

Police believe he killed and dismembered his 87-year-old landlady, Jane Wentka,  who lived in a downstairs apartment on Tilden Ave. 

Its believed he also killed his 90-year-old grandmother Katerine Aubain who lived with him upstairs. Her mutilated remains were found outside the Utica city limits.
