Camden Couple Arrested For Stealing $7500 In Tools

Camden, N.Y. - New York State Police have arrested a Camden Couple for stealing $7500 worth of tools from logging sites in Oneida County. 

46-year-old, Lori J. Daily and 45-year-old, David H. Yager of  Johnnie Cake Road in the town of Camden were arrested for Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 3rd degree (class “D” felony) and Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 4th degree (class “E” felony).  

The arrests follow an investigation into the theft of about $7500 worth of construction tools being stolen at several logging sites in the town of Vienna.  The stolen tools were found at Rubicon Recycling in the city of Rome. 

 Daily and Yager claim to be the owners of the stolen property. 

 Daily was remanded to the Oneida Co Jail on $2500.00 bail. 

Yager was remanded to the Oneida County Jail without bail due to previous felony convictions.
