Fulton, N.Y. - A Fulton 21-year-old is accused of setting a home on fire with a molotov cocktail.
Fulton Police say that Travis Catherman threw the incendiary device at a home on Oneida Street -- which set the outside of it on fire. There were people inside but were not hurt.
The fire was contained to the outside and caused about $850 worth of damage.
Cathermam is facing arson and other charges.
