Farm Tractors Will Be Moving Faster This Spring

Albany, N.Y. - Farm Tractors will be allowed to move a little bit faster now on the roads.

The Governor signed the bill which raises the speed of all slow moving vehicles from 25 to 35 miles per hour. These include farm vehicles and construction equipment. They must also have orange triangular signs indicating that they are slow-moving vehicles.

The New York Farm Bureau endorsed the measure, which goes into effect in the spring.
