Syracuse, N.Y. - Syracuse Police are investigating the City's first murder of 2019.
Officers say that a man was shot dead in an apartment building hallway last night at the corner of South Salina Street and Corning Ave.
Police say they are still working to determine who the victim is and who may have shot him.
