One person was killed and another injured in a three-vehicle crash in Oswego County Thursday afternoon.
State police tell us that just after 2:30 pm, Billy Stevens was driving a tractor-trailer southbound on State Route 104 in Hannibal when a northbound pickup driven by Lyle Wilcox of Fulton crossed over into the oncoming lane and hit the tractor-trailer head-on. Wilcox's truck continued northbound and also hit a propane delivery truck driven by Bradley Johnson of Baldwinsville. Wilcox was pronounced dead at Oswego Hospital. Stevens is hospitalized with minor injuries and Johnson was unhurt.
