Syracuse police investigate a stabbing Christmas Eve that sent the victim to the hospital in critical condition.
Officers were sent to Lafayette Road just after 4:30 am and found a male stabbed multiple times. The victim told police he was attacked by three young males in their late teens or early 20's who took his personal belongings. The victim was taken to the hospital and underwent surgery. He is in critical condition but expected to live. Police say the victim was not attacked at where he was found. No other suspect information is available at present.
