Rome, N.Y. - Rome Police say that they've arrested a State Trooper for stalking and harassing someone online.
31-year-old Jennifer Daignault created several identities online and threatened the victim with disseminating indecent material over the internet if the victim didn’t continue communicating with her. The material was previously shared between Daignault and the victim.
Officers say the harassment happened while she was off-duty.
Daignault was also charged in September of this year for doing the same thing to a victim from Long Island.
