Sodus, N.Y. - The man who has been in jail since soon after the death of a young mother on a Sodus farm, in May, is now charged with killing her and her little boy.
A Wayne County grand jury has charged Alberto Reyes on two counts of second-degree murder in the deaths of Selena Hidalgo-Calderon and her son, Owen.
Reyes had been jailed on an evidence tampering charge and reportedly admitted moving the woman's body to the woods where it was found.
Owen's body was found on the farm in October, Reyes is being held without bail and is due back in court on January 15.
