Home Where 12 & 16 Year Old Killed Is Getting The Wrecking Ball

The house that has served as the murder scene of a 12 and 16-year-old in recent months will be torn down.

The home sits on the North West corner of Park and John Streets. It's where James Springer the Third was killed in October and where Antonio Gullotto was gunned down Monday night.

Syracuse City Officials say that the apartment house will be leveled soon.

The City seized the property in May and turned it over to the Syracuse Land Bank after it's Australian owner failed to pay taxes.

Those living there have a month to find a new home.

City officials say they want to start demolition next month.
