New York - Governor Cuomo will be delivering an address later this morning on what to expect in the first 100 days of his third term.
He said last week that his speech, that will lay out more than a dozen bills New Yorkers would see in the coming year, is inspired by FDR and how he would handle decisions. Cuomo is expected to push legalizing recreational marijuana, and measures pushing back against the Trump administration.
Cuomo's inauguration will be held January 1st on Ellis Island.
