New York - Another COR Development Executive will learn his fate today.
Steven Aiello will learn how long he will spend in a Federal Prison.
A federal judge will sentence him for his role in a bid-rigging scheme that brought more than $100 million in state construction work to his firm. He was among four men convicted earlier this year in a corruption trial connected to Gov. Andrew Cuomo's Upstate economic development initiatives.
His lawyer and partner, Joe Girardi, was sentenced yesterday to 2 1/2 years behind bars and a $500,000 fine for his role.
Both men are expected to appeal.
