Syracuse , N.Y. - Around 1AM Saturday morning Syracuse Police responded to a call regarding a shooting in the 700 block of Park Avenue.
Officers located a 34 year old male on the sidewalk, suffering from a gunshot wound to the upper part of his body. He was taken to the hospital where he was in critical condition for several days.
Today he was removed from life support and has died from his injuries.
The victim is 34 year old Rodney D. Hill, of Syracuse N.Y.
At this time there is no suspect information.
