Preble, N.Y. - State Police arrest a man they say was drunk when he drove the wrong way on Interstate 81 in Preble.
Troopers arrested the 39-year-old Chittenango man after he got into a crash Saturday morning. The driver of the vehicle he struck was taken to the hospital to be treated for minor injuries.
Police haven't released the names of anyone involved and say they're still investigating.
