Herkimer, N.Y. - New York State Police in Herkimer have arrested a man and charged him Grand Larceny and fraud.
Robert Andrejov, age 46, of Barneveld, NY was arrested after a seven month investigation. Several victims reported paying money to have the contractor, who was operating under the name of Upstate Choice Contracting, make home improvements or repairs only to have the work not completed or in some cases not even started. Victims in both Herkimer and Oneida County have suffered losses totaling thousands of dollars.
He is charged Grand Larceny 3rd degree, a class “D” felony and Scheme to Defraud 1st degree, a class “E” felony
