Binghampton, N.Y. - Congresswoman Claudia Tenney has closed the gap a little on Assemblyman Anthony Brindisi.
Due to technical problems on Election Day, 433 votes out of Broome County were not counted until yesterday. Now less than 1,300 votes separate Tenney and Brindisi.
The winner of the 22nd Congressional District race will be determined by absentee ballots. More than 17,000 absentee ballots, plus military ballots still need to be counted.
Brindisi declared victory Tuesday night, but Tenney has yet to concede.
