Sodus, N.Y. - A grand jury will now consider charges against the woman accused of plotting the murder of the father of her children in Sodus.
Charlene Childers was sent to a grand jury during a court appearance yesterday.
The grand jury will consider charges of conspiracy and criminal possession of a weapon in connection to the murders of Joshua Niles and Amber Washburn. Investigators say they were gunned down last month outside of their home on Carlton Street in Sodus by Childers' current husband, Timothy Dean.
A custody dispute between Niles and Childers appears to be the motivation behind the killing.
