Syracuse, N.Y. - Anthony Saccone was back in court to figure out when he'll be back in Court at another attempt at Sentencing.
Sentencing for Sacccone has been moved to November 19th -- though this time it has nothing to do with him. His new lawyer has fallen ill and has been in and out of the hospital. He's also filed a few hail-mary legal maneuvers to try and convince a judge to allow Saccone to withdraw his plea deal.
Saccone has been trying to get out of the fact he admitted that he was drunk and high when he slammed into a car killing three young adults in February. He's tried to argue that he only took that deal because he was being held on a drunk driving charge which prosecutors couldn't ultimately prove.
Saccone faces 10 to 30 years behind bars.
