Collins, Stefanik, Reed, All Win At Midterms

Republican Congressman Chris Collins will likely remain on Capitol Hill. He's declared victory over Democratic challenger Nate McMurray in the race for the 27th Congressional District.  Collins was re-elected despite being arrested in August on federal insider trading charges.

23rd Congressional District incumbent Republican Tom Reed defeated Democratic challenger Tracy Mitrano to serve a fifth term. Some pooling showed that it could have been close but Reed won by nearly 10-points.

In the 21st Congressional District, incumbent Republican Congresswoman Elise Stefanik to serve a third term representing the North Country and Capital Region.
