Syracuse, N.Y. - The teenager who took off after causing a deadly crash in Syracuse on Memorial Day Weekend in 2017 will be sentenced today.
Felix Santos hit and killed two-year-old Jameisha Stanford on Shonnard Street when he was 17 years old. Stanford's younger brother and father were also injured in the crash. Santos was eventually found in North Carolina and brought back to Syracuse.
He plead guilty earlier this month. He is expected to serve between three and nine years in prison.
