Remsen, N.Y. - New York State Police arrested an Oneida County after he choked and and punched another person at a local tavern.
25-year-old, Gino R. Erb of Poland, New York was arrested for Criminal Obstruction of Breathing (class “A” misdemeanor), and Harassment 2nd degree (violation).
Erb is accused of jumping on the back of a male patron at a Tavern/Restaurant in Prospect, N.Y. and choking him until he could not breathe. He is also accused of striking the victim numerous times in the head with a closed fist.
Erb was issued an appearance ticket. Hes scheduled back in court November 5.
