Elbridge, N.Y. - A Jordan man has been arrested for damaging two State Trooper's personal vehicles.
Gordon J. Pitre, age 39, of 6 Valley Drive Jordan, NY is charged with Criminal Mischief 3rd degree, a class “E” felony.
Pitre is accused of damaging the personal cars of two New York State Troopers as they were parked at the State Police Barracks in Elbridge, N.Y.
On October 9, Pitre was at the barracks in Elbridge station waiting for a friend who was being arrested and became upset and verbally abusive to the Troopers who were at the station.
The damage to both vehicles consisted of large scratches that were made by a key.
Pitre was charged and issued an appearance ticket to appear in the town of Elbridge Court.
