Syracuse, N.Y. - The search for Syracuse's next police chief is winding down.
The three finalists are Littler Rock, Arkansas Chief Kenton Buckner, Durango, Colorado Chief Kamran Afzal, and Syracuse First Deputy Chief Joseph Cecile.
The final decision is up to Ben Walsh who has said that he hopes to have a new chief named next month.
Whoever gets the job takes over for retiring Chief Frank Fowler.
