Town of Verona , N.Y. - Oneida County Sheriffs have arrested a man who carjacked and threatened to kill his ex girlfriend and three others.
Deputies responded to a domestic abuse call where a victim had been a passenger in her car with her boyfriend. They stopped and boyfriend went in the store with another male.
That's when her EX-boyfriend- 27 year old Malcom Cummings, got in the car, drove away with the victim and another woman. He threatened to kill them and the two males still in the store. Cummings also struck the victim in the face during the drive.
Eventually he stopped, took the victims walllet, cell phone and car keys. Police arrested Cummings later on the gaming floor of Turning Stone Casino and he had the victims wallet, cell phone and car keys on him.
He faces a variety of charges.
