Former SU Star Tyler Ennis suffered a gruesome ankle injury while playing overseas in Turkey.
He appeared to have suffered an ankle fracture, Eurohoops reported.
Ennis played one year at Syracuse University before making the leap to the NBA.
The 24-year-old guard played four seasons in the NBA before going overseas.
