Sentencing Delayed For Anthony Saccone

Syracuse, N.Y. - Sentencing has been delayed for Anthony Saccone.

Saccone has not hired a new attorney after firing his last week in the middle of court.

Saccone admitted to running away after killing three young-adults in a February car crash. He had tried to undo his plea but a judge said no.  Since Saccone does not have an attorney, he will not be sentenced.

He will, however, still be in court on Friday as his last chance to get a new lawyer.
