Anthony Saccone Scheduled To Be In Court Today

Syracuse, N.Y. - Anthony Saccone is expected back in an Onondaga County courtroom today.

District Attorney William Fitzpatrick says he requested the hearing to find out how Saccone's search for a new lawyer is going.  During his last court appearance, Saccone fired his attorney, saying he no longer spoke for him.

Saccone, who killed three people in a February crash, is expected to be sentenced on Friday.

If Saccone doesn't have a new attorney by then, that could be delayed.
