High winds thrust more than 5,000 homes and businesses into the dark in Oswego County last night.
Less than 1,000 National Grid Customers remain without power.
Crews are continuing to work to get the lights back on, but Officials say that those without power right now should not plan on having it back until 4:00 p.m.
