Town of Albion Duo Arrested For Making Meth

Town of Albion, N.Y. - Oswego County Drug Task Force along with Oswego Sheriffs and New York State Police busted a meth making lab on Cemetery Street in the town of Albion. 

In executing a search warrant they found materials used in manufacturing methamphetamine as well as a small amount of meth.  

Police arrested Tammy Holmes , 43 and  Cybier Cannon, 25.  They both were charged with:    

  • Manufacturing Methamphetamine in the 2nd degree, person less than 16 present- Class C Felony
  • Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 5th degree, intent to sell- Class D Felony 
  • Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia in the 2nd degree- Class A Misdemeanor (2 counts each)
  • Endangering the Welfare of a Child- Class A Misdemeanor (2 counts each)


Both were arraigned in Albion Town Court. 

 Holmes was sent to jail in lieu of $5,000 cash bail or $10,000 bond. 

Cannon was sent to jail in lieu of $10,000 cash bail or $20,000 bond.
