Limo Operator Arraigned On Negligent Homicide Charge

Cobleskill, N.Y. - The son of Prestige Limousine's owner is out on bail after pleading not guilty to criminally negligent homicide.

State Police arrested 28-year-old Nauman Hussain yesterday during a traffic stop near Albany.

Investigators say Hussain knew the limo involved in the crash shouldn't have been on the road since it recently failed an inspection.  Troopers also say Hussain knew limo driver Scott Lisinicchia didn't have the proper license to be behind the wheel.

Twenty people were killed in last Saturday's crash outside of Albany.
