Syracuse, N.Y. - A 12-year-old boy was shot in the stomach on Syracuse's Northside.
The boy is in critical condition this morning after being shot last night. About a dozen shots were fired around 9:35 p.m. near Park and East Division streets.
A woman in her 30s was also grazed by a bullet in the hail of gunfire. She is expected to recover.
Police say there is a lot that they don't know about what led up to the shooting.
