Syracuse Man Charged With Using Elderly Person's Stolen Credit Card

Syracuse, N.Y. - State Police have say a  Syracuse Man has been arrested and charged with using an elderly victim's stolen credit card.

Samy C. Guindy, age 30, of Reed Street Syracuse, is accused of using a stolen credit card belonging to an elderly person to make cash withdrawals from ATMs. 

He is also charged with criminal sale of Marijuana after an investigation showed he allegedly sold more than 25 grams of marijuana to an individual moment before his arrest. 

He is charged with:

(2) Counts of Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 4th Degree (E Felony)

(1) Count of Identity Theft 2nd Degree (E Felony)

(1) Criminal Sale of Marijuana 3rd Degree (E Felony)

Guindy was charged in two courts, Syracuse City Court and Clay Town Court due to a joint investigation with the town of Cicero Police.
